AABH holds direct agreements with hundreds of suppliers across Australia and New Zealand, covering accommodation, touring, transfers, car hire, rail, attractions, and specialist experiences. We do not simply aggregate inventory. We know these operators personally, we visit their properties, and we hold them to the same service standards our trade partners expect from us. The result is a supplier network that our travel agent partners can rely on when building itineraries for their clients – whether that is a luxury lodge stay in Tasmania, a campervan adventure through the Northern Territory, or a corporate incentive programme in Sydney.

The FIT/HELiO booking platform (Tourplan) aggregates accommodation, transfers, car hire, touring products, and attractions from our preferred suppliers into a single booking interface. Static inventory from our direct agreements sits alongside dynamic rates, giving agents flexibility and breadth. It runs 24/7, supports net and gross pricing models, and is available in white-label format so your brand stays front and centre with your clients.

The AABH Hotels engine is purpose-built for accommodation. It pulls real-time rates from our direct supplier agreements plus inventory from partners including Hotelbeds, Fitrooms, and Webjet. Net AUD pricing, free inventory holds, and flexible payment terms are standard. It is also available as a white-label solution for agents who want to offer their own branded hotel booking experience.

Our supplier network covers every Australian state and territory – from the capital cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, and Canberra through to regional and remote destinations including the Great Barrier Reef, Uluru, the Kimberley, Tasmania’s wilderness, and the Great Ocean Road. In New Zealand, our subsidiary NZABH maintains a parallel supplier network covering both the North and South Islands, from Auckland and Queenstown to Rotorua and Milford Sound.

We evaluate suppliers on consistent service delivery, competitive trade pricing, responsiveness, capacity to handle both FIT and group bookings, and alignment with traveller expectations. Not every supplier that approaches us is accepted into the network – we are selective because our trade partners rely on our recommendations.

Absolutely. Our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) programmes draw on a specific subset of our supplier network – convention centres, unique event venues, gala dinner locations, activity providers, and specialist transport operators. We coordinate everything from venue sourcing and theming to end-to-end logistics for groups of all sizes, up to 400 or more delegates. Sydney, Melbourne, the Gold Coast, and Cairns are particularly popular MICE destinations within our network.

Many of our preferred touring suppliers offer multilingual guides, particularly in Mandarin and Japanese, across key destinations. Our own team operates bilingually in English and Chinese, and we work closely with suppliers to ensure travellers from non-English-speaking markets receive appropriate support. For ADS-approved (Approved Destination Status) group itineraries serving the China market, we coordinate with suppliers who meet the specific requirements of the programme.

New Zealand supplier relationships are managed by our fully owned subsidiary, New Zealand and Beyond Holidays (NZABH), based in Auckland. NZABH holds Qualmark Silver Accreditation and Tourism Industry Aotearoa (TIA) membership, and maintains its own direct agreements with New Zealand accommodation providers, tour operators, and transport companies. For travel agents building trans-Tasman itineraries, we coordinate seamlessly between the Australian and New Zealand supplier networks so everything is managed through a single point of contact.
