The AABH Fully Independent Traveller (FIT) booking system runs on HELiO, powered by Tourplan. It gives accredited travel agents and trade partners exclusive access to a wide range of land-only products – hotels, transfers, car hire, day tours, and more – across Australia, New Zealand, and selected global destinations. The platform is trade-only, designed specifically for industry professionals.

The platform supports both static inventory (contracted rates with AABH suppliers) and dynamic inventory (live rates pulled in real time). Whether you prefer to build itineraries piece by piece or sell pre-bundled packages, HELiO handles both. And it is available around the clock at wholesale rates – net or gross, depending on your arrangement with AABH.

The migration to HELiO brought stronger rates, a broader product range, and more flexibility than the previous system. If you have used Tourplan before, the interface will feel familiar. If you haven’t, the learning curve is manageable – especially with the training modules AABH provides.

Training & Operating Details Worth Knowing

AABH provides self-serve online training modules so your team can get up to speed without scheduling a call or waiting for a webinar slot. The training covers text and video chapters across the core areas of the platform. Work through it at your own pace. Revisit sections when you need a refresher. And if you get stuck on something the training does not cover, the AABH team is a phone call or email away.

Land Only: The FIT system covers land-based travel products only. Flights are not included in the platform. For air-inclusive itineraries, speak with the AABH team directly.

No Credit Card Transactions: The platform does not process credit card payments. All billing runs through your existing AABH account via direct bank transfer on invoice.

Direct AABH Relationship: Your account, support, and commercial terms remain with Australia and Beyond Holidays. HELiO is the booking tool – AABH is still your partner. Your account terms, your dedicated contacts, your negotiated rates – all of that stays in place.

Selected global destinations are also available through dynamic inventory feeds.
