Hotel Pick-Up & Departure
The day starts with a comfortable pick-up from your clients’ Sydney CBD or Circular Quay hotel. As the coach climbs toward the mountains, our local driver-guide sets the scene with commentary on the region’s history, the Gundungurra and Darug peoples, and what to look out for along the Great Western Highway.
Trade tip: Pick-up times are flexible and can be shifted to suit jet-lagged arrivals. Private vehicle upgrades are available on request, and we can also depart from selected North Sydney and airport hotels.
Echo Point & the Three Sisters
The first stop is the iconic Echo Point lookout at Katoomba, home to the Three Sisters – three weathered sandstone peaks rising from the Jamison Valley. Travellers can take in the panoramic views, walk a short section of the Prince Henry Cliff Walk, or descend the Giant Stairway for those wanting a closer look (time permitting).
Trade tip: Echo Point is busiest mid-morning. We can adjust the running order to arrive earlier for quieter photos, which works well for incentive and VIP groups.
Scenic World Rides
A short drive away, Scenic World offers an unforgettable way to experience the valley. Your clients can ride the Scenic Railway – the steepest passenger railway in the world – descend to the rainforest floor, walk the elevated boardwalk past an old coal mining site, and return via the Scenic Cableway or the glass-floored Skyway suspended high above the gorge.
Trade tip: Scenic World multi-ride passes can be pre-booked at competitive group rates. The Skyway is a highlight for photographers and pairs well with the morning Echo Point visit.
Lunch in Leura Village
The heritage village of Leura is a relaxed spot for lunch, with its tree-lined main street, boutique shops, and a good range of cafes and restaurants. Travellers can choose a sit-down meal, browse the local galleries, or pick up a coffee before continuing. The village gardens and mountain air make this a pleasant midday break.

Featherdale Wildlife Park
On the return journey toward Sydney, a stop at Featherdale Wildlife Park gives international travellers the close wildlife encounter they came for.
