MARGARET RIVER & SOUTH WEST TOUR

Margaret River & the South West – Day by Day

Arrive in Perth & welcome briefing. The tour begins in Western Australia’s sunny capital, where guests arrive at their city hotel in time for an evening welcome. The briefing covers the days ahead, from wine country to wild coastline. There’s time to explore Perth’s riverside parks and laneways before the journey south begins the following morning.

Perth to Busselton. After breakfast the coach departs Perth, heading south along the coast toward Geographe Bay. The day takes in the heritage Busselton Jetty, stretching almost two kilometres over clear water, with an underwater observatory at its end. The drive passes vineyards and coastal townships before settling into the gateway to wine country.

Busselton to Margaret River. A day through the heart of wine country, visiting boutique cellar doors and gourmet producers. The region’s limestone caves, including Lake and Mammoth Caves, sit beneath the forested ridges. The afternoon allows time for the surf beaches at Prevelly or a walk through karri forest before arriving at the evening’s accommodation.

Margaret River to Augusta. The morning explores the southern tip of the region around Augusta, where the Indian and Southern Oceans meet at Cape Leeuwin. South Coast & Esperance – Day by Day

Perth to Albany. Groups depart Perth in the morning, travelling south through the karri forests of the Great Southern. The route passes Mount Barker wine country and the granite peaks of the Stirling Range before reaching the historic port of Albany by mid-afternoon. The evening allows time to settle in and explore this coastal town on Princess Royal Harbour.

Albany to Esperance. After breakfast the route follows the south coast eastward, passing through Fitzgerald River National Park, a UNESCO biosphere reserve rich in wildflowers and rare flora. After exploring the rock and nearby Mulka’s Cave, the route continues back toward Perth, completing a loop through the diverse landscapes of the south.

CORAL COAST & PINNACLES TOUR

Coral Coast & Pinnacles – Day by Day

Depart Perth & travel south. The journey begins with a comfortable transfer out of Perth, heading down the coast toward the Margaret River region. Guests settle in for the drive through rolling countryside and coastal townships, arriving in Busselton in time to see the heritage jetty stretching nearly two kilometres over Geographe Bay. An evening briefing covers the route ahead before dinner.

Busselton to Pemberton via Margaret River. A morning along Geographe Bay before heading into the Margaret River wine region, one of the most celebrated in the world. Albany & Surrounds, returning to Perth. A morning exploring the dramatic coastline around Albany, taking in the Gap and Natural Bridge granite formations at Torndirrup National Park, with opportunities to walk the windswept headlands, spot whales in season, and learn the region’s Anzac history at the National Anzac Centre. The return drive then heads north through the Great Southern, with optional stops at country wineries and historic towns, completing the journey with transfers to Perth Airport or city hotels.
